Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes, including workflows, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Management to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and future state goals.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks associated with business process changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a similar corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception through deployment.
