Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) for 10+ member teams
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Manage stakeholder communications across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure budget adherence
- Drive continuous process improvements using JIRA and Asana
- Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS projects
- Expertise in agile methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Advanced data analysis skills with MS Project/Excel
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
