Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows using BPMN and UML diagrams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document functional specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
- Manage JIRA backlogs and coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria with QA teams
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP
- Expertise in process modeling with ARIS or Lucidchart
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
