Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements documents and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops across departments to gather requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify growth opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for development teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and prioritize backlog items based on business impact
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
