Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Lead agile sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Develop data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder presentations
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Document processes using Visio, Lucidchart, and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM/PMI-ACP preferred)
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce/SAP)
