Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications
- Design and maintain data models to support decision-making and KPI tracking
- Facilitate workshops and create visual documentation (user stories, flowcharts, wireframes)
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure seamless implementation with technical teams
- Generate performance reports and present insights to executive leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Six Sigma methodologies
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
