Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and system architecture documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create comprehensive business cases with ROI calculations for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for requirements management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
- Proven track record of documenting complex technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
