Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops across sales, operations, and finance to identify process improvement opportunities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile sprints
- Document system requirements and maintain traceability matrices throughout project lifecycles
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with full SDLC exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling tools
- Proven experience documenting requirements for complex enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
