Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Design and implement data models, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure successful deployment of new systems and features
- Document business processes, requirements, and technical specifications using industry-standard methodologies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key milestones and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or relevant certification preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
