Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Design and maintain process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on business value
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for existing business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with process mapping and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and visualization tools
