Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create data visualizations and KPI dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Document requirements using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on business value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM, or CBA)
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence decision-making
