Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements and document business processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage JIRA backlogs
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Tableau
- Validate solutions through UAT and coordinate vendor integrations
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analyst experience with SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven success translating complex requirements into technical solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
