Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Document requirements, create user stories, and maintain traceability matrices for agile development
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and design data-driven solutions
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports using Tableau/Power BI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with fintech products or payment systems preferred
- MBA or relevant master's degree
