Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create data-driven models, reports, and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and Agile ceremonies to align on project objectives
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation with engineering teams
- Document business processes, workflows, and system architectures using Visio and Lucidchart
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation performance to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing business process modeling and requirement documentation samples
