Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex enterprise systems
- Design and implement data-driven solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure seamless delivery of business-critical features

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven track record of driving process improvements with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
