Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain process maps, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure business impact and performance
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure seamless solution implementation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement projects
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
