Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design and maintain process models, data flow diagrams, and wireframes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates, risk mitigation, and scope management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
