Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops for enterprise-level projects
- Develop comprehensive business process models, data flow diagrams, and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed technical documentation including BRDs, FRS, and test plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling data visualizations
- Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering complex business transformation projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and API integrations
