Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to identify pain points
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize backlog items
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
