Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement data models to support strategic decision-making processes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Lead UAT cycles and document test results for quality assurance
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Strong experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in financial services sector
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
