Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive process flows, data dictionaries, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and define success metrics
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with executive stakeholders and translate insights into actionable plans
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and requirement documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
