Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and document functional specifications
- Create data-driven models and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of business solutions
- Develop test cases and validate system implementations against business requirements
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in data modeling, process mapping, and requirement documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Agile methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent designation
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS)
