Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in manufacturing or automotive sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Analysis (IIBA) certification
- Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR) a plus
