Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to document user stories and acceptance criteria
- Design data models and SQL queries to support decision-making frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop process flow diagrams and wireframes for digital product enhancements
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of documenting requirements using UML/BPMN standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GLBA, SOX)
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
