Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement analysis and documentation for enterprise-level projects
- Design data models and KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis and process optimization for finance, operations, and product teams
- Develop detailed business cases with ROI projections
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices
- Manage cross-functional Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data strategy roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Expertise in process mapping (BPMN) and workflow automation
- Strong background in SaaS or fintech industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
