Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and documentation
- Develop detailed requirement specifications and user stories
- Create data models, workflows, and process diagrams using Visio/BPMN
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Perform gap analysis and solution validation testing
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Experience with API integration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (process maps, BRDs, UML diagrams)
