Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement data models to optimize performance and uncover strategic insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical diagrams
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solution efficacy
- Monitor KPIs and generate executive dashboards to track business performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify potential ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating business needs into technical requirements
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
