Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business needs across departments
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and system architecture documentation
- Analyze performance metrics using SQL/Power BI to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs in Jira
- Develop ROI models for proposed initiatives and present findings to executive leadership
- Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expertise in process mapping (BPMN), use case development, and requirements documentation
- Advanced SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and data analysis
- Proficiency in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Power Platform
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM) or CBAP preferred
- Demonstrated success leading projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Experience in regulated industries (HIPAA, PCI-DSS) highly valued
