Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and UML diagrams
- Implement and optimize KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Manage JIRA tickets and ensure project deliverables meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in data modeling tools (ER/Studio, Lucidchart)
- Advanced SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and joins
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Proven track record documenting requirements for enterprise applications
- Experience with API integration testing and documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decision-makers
