Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence documentation and sprint planning ceremonies
- Create SQL reports and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through clear communication channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with healthcare or finance domain expertise
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and business process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering process optimization projects
