Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and support system implementation
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation for audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems
