Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and identify optimization opportunities
- Document detailed functional requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as the Product Owner's technical liaison
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure successful implementation
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
