Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and documentation for system enhancements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting requirements using UML, BPMN, or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex business problems into solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
