Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
- Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL and reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure 100% on-time project completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Corporate Operations, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception through deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
