Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to drive product development and quality assurance.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead workshops to define project deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business partners effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced software environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
