Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities during overnight operations
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams for cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across US, Europe, and Asia time zones during night shift hours
- Design and implement data models to support predictive analytics and operational efficiency
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solutions against business objectives
- Generate executive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership review
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes and process updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or global team exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Experience documenting requirements for financial services or healthcare systems
- Proven track record of delivering projects within SLA constraints
