Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Design and maintain detailed business process models, use cases, and user stories using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications and technical manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.
