Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and process documentation
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in JIRA/Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare/tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
