As a Business Analyst, you will lead requirement gathering sessions, define business processes, and ensure successful project delivery. Your work will directly impact our strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define project scope and deliverables.
- Design and document detailed business process flows using BPMN and UML diagrams.
- Collaborate with software development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
