Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring team alignment.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify deficiencies between current processes and desired future states.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, data models, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
