Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for enterprise software solutions
- Lead stakeholder workshops and data analysis sessions to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, product, and executive leadership
- Monitor project KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for process optimization
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of department methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in corporate or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on deadline
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA initiatives with measurable impact
