Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business needs
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed changes
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX)
