Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement data models using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for enterprise clients
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Lead data validation and quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling visual reports and dashboards
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis methodology
- Proven track record of translating complex business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data transformation projects
