Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize growth and retention for key corporate clients.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with decision-makers to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to track KPIs and adjust tactics as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client goals.
- Proactively manage client expectations and resolve complex issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate account management, sales, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
