Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of enterprise-level clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Act as the primary liaison for client escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide monthly reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B corporate account management or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel 20% for client meetings and industry events.
