Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Identify, analyze, and document complex business requirements to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for executive leadership through comprehensive reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT departments, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed specifications, user stories, and system architecture documents to guide development teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress to ensure projects align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate operations, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
