- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead financial analysis for executive leadership and board presentations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years in corporate accounting with 3+ in leadership role
- Strong technical skills in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance audits
- Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
