Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOX compliance procedures
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives and budgeting processes
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ finance professionals
- Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in corporate controller role
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and BI tools
- Proven track record in high-growth environments
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
