Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts for corporate functions.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and profitability studies to identify key business drivers.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly financial reporting packages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new strategic initiatives and capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
