Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization, risk mitigation, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and internal controls
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A activities, investor relations, and capital allocation
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ finance professionals through performance coaching
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance, including 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in financial planning, accounting systems (NetSuite/SAP), and regulatory reporting
- Proven experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
